Delivery Information

Items that are in stock will be despatched within 2 working days.  If anything you have ordered is out of stock we will let you know as soon as we can.

Standard — £3.50 - 2nd class signed for service. 

All purchases over £55.00 are free of charge.  Enter code; 55FREESHIP at checkout.

Next Working Day — Please contact us to arrange this.

Overseas Delivery - please contact us to discuss shipping overseas and the costs.

We recommend that you use an address where there will be someone to receive the delivery to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

Ethel & Po does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

We know you will be delighted with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event you decide not to keep your item, please inform us within 7 days of receipt if you wish to make a return or if there is a problem with the order, giving us the details of the order and the items you wish to return.  We will then email you with an authorisation and details of the return address.  Please ensure that you have our email address in your contacts or regularly check your junk emails, so you don't miss our reply.

The refund for the cost of the item will be made upon receipt of the returned goods and within 30 days of notification.  Please ensure you get a proof of postage when returning any items. 

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are available on pierced earrings for health and hygiene reasons.
