I want to give something as a gift, can I have it gift wrapped?

I saw something on the website a couple of weeks ago, but it is sold out now, are you able to get it in again?

We are really happy to try to get hold of items again for you.  Just contact us with a good description of what you are looking for and we will see what we can do.

 

I really like something I've seen, but would prefer it in a different colour?

Do let us know what it is and what colour you want it in.  If it exists, we will try to get hold of it for you!

 

Am I able to return something if I decide I don't want it?

We are sure you will love your Ethel & Po purchases, but if you want to return something because you have changed your mind, please email us within 7 days of receipt with the reason for return and we will then send you through an authorisation to return with the address to send it to.  Please ensure that you have our email address in your contacts or regularly check your junk emails, so you don't miss our reply.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on earrings for pierced ears, for hygiene reasons.

 

Can I order over the phone?

At the moment we are unable to process telephone orders.  Please email us any queries, or questions you have?

 

How will I know you have received my order?

You will receive an emailed confirmation of order within an hour of placing your order.  If this doesn't arrive email us straight away and we will look into the problem.
